View and download your invoices

An invoice is generated automatically at the start of every billing cycle. You can see, pay and download all of them from your dashboard.

Find your invoices

  1. Sign in and open your Dashboard.
  2. Click the Payments tab.
  3. Each invoice shows its ID (for example INV-M-1234), amount, date and status - Paid, Unpaid or Overdue.
  4. Click an invoice to view it, or use the download button to save a PDF copy.

Pay an unpaid invoice

  1. On the Payments tab, find the invoice marked Unpaid.
  2. Click Pay and complete the payment.
  3. The status changes to Paid within a few minutes of confirmation.

GST

NGP Cloud is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged and invoices don't include a GST breakdown or a GSTIN. This also means our invoices can't be used to claim GST input tax credit.
