The quickest way to reach the NGP Cloud team is Discord. Email works too, and is the right place for privacy requests. Before you write, a search of the Help Center often has the answer.

Get help with your account or services

For anything about your servers, billing or account, open a ticket on Discord:

  1. Join the NGP Cloud Discord.
  2. Run /ticket in any channel and pick a department.
  3. Include your Server ID or Invoice ID, so we can look into it straight away.

Our team is on Discord around the clock. For account-specific problems, a ticket is better than a public message, because we can look at your account in private.

Use email for privacy requests, questions about this website, and anything you can't do through Discord. Please never put passwords or payment details in an email.

To see, correct or delete information about you, email us with the subject "Privacy request" and say what you need. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
